 The Bellevue Public Safety Foundation (BPSF) is a community-driven organization built on a public-private partnership model that has shown great success in cities across the country. Working closely with Bellevue Police and Bellevue Fire & Rescue, the BPSF helps identify critical needs—such as equipment, technology, training, youth programs, scholarships, and outreach efforts—that fall outside the city’s budget. By partnering with local businesses, residents, and community members, the Foundation works to bridge these gaps and enhance public safety throughout Bellevue.
